Medicaid and state programs
How each state runs Medicaid rides, who qualifies, and county and waiver programs.
Each state runs Medicaid rides its own way. Some use one statewide broker, some split the state into regions, and some let providers bill the state directly. These pages show how your state does it and what a provider must do to join.
Read how states run NEMT first, then find your state on the rules by state page. If you serve riders on a waiver, see waiver transportation.
