NEMT Guide is free. You may read, print, and share any page, and link to any page. You may use the templates in your own business. Please do not copy whole pages onto another website.
General information, not advice
Guides are general information. They are not legal, tax, or billing advice. Rules differ by state and by broker, and they change. Check with your state Medicaid agency and your broker before you act, and ask a lawyer or accountant about your own situation.
Calculators
Calculators give estimates from the numbers you enter. Check the results against your own costs, contracts, and rates before you rely on them.
The provider directory
Listings are built from public government records: the federal NPI registry and FMCSA carrier data. They may be out of date or incomplete. A listing is not a recommendation or an endorsement. Check a company's license, insurance, and Medicaid enrollment with your state before you book or partner with it.
To fix or remove a listing, write to hello@nemtguide.com with the link to the listing and what should change. We may ask you to show that you run the company before we change or remove it.

Guides link to official sources and other sites we do not run. We are not responsible for what they publish.

The words, illustrations, and templates on NEMT Guide belong to NEMT Guide. Cover photos belong to their photographers and are used under the license shown with each photo.
No guarantee
We work to keep every page accurate and current, but we cannot promise that any page is complete or free of mistakes. You use NEMT Guide at your own risk. As far as the law allows, NEMT Guide is not responsible for any loss that comes from using it.
Changes to these terms
