What NEMT Guide collects when you read it, which is very little.

No accounts and no cookies
You can read every page without an account or a signup. We set no cookies of our own.
Visit counts
We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that use no cookies. They show which pages are read, which sites send visitors, and the country a visit comes from. They do not identify you or follow you to other sites.
What our host receives
Like any website, NEMT Guide runs on a hosting service that receives basic details with each request, such as your IP address and browser type. It uses them to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse.
Search, calculators, and sharing
Search runs in your browser, and we do not record what you search for. Calculators also run in your browser, so the numbers you type stay on your device.
Share buttons are plain links, so no social network loads anything on our pages until you click one.
Newsletter and listing claims
The newsletter is not open yet, so we collect no email addresses for it. The form to claim a directory listing is off until claims open, so it collects nothing either. When either one opens, this page will say what it collects and why.
The provider directory
Directory listings show business details from public government records: the federal NPI registry and FMCSA carrier data. That includes a company's name, address, phone number, and registration numbers. To correct or remove a listing, write to hello@nemtguide.com.
Email you send us
If you write to us, we use your message and address only to answer you and to act on what you asked. We never sell them.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions go to hello@nemtguide.com.
